Hi, my name is Kendrick. I've been a patient for Dr. Nguyen for 25 years now.
Can you elaborate why you have been with Dr. Nguyen for such a long time?
Honestly, it's because he makes me feel like part of the office, part of the family. When I walk in, he knows my name and always asks about my personal life. He knows a lot about me. For 25 years, he's been a part of everything in my life.
Can you share some experiences you had in this office?
I've had my braces done here. My picture from my first high school dance is up on the wall. This place has been a really big part of my life. Dr. Nguyen doesn't make me feel like just a number.
How far do you travel to get to this office and do you mind?
I come from the Bay Area. It's about an hour and 20 minutes just to get here, but it's worth it. I can't really get the kind of care and attention I get here anywhere else, which is why I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Can you share your overall feelings about this office and Dr. Nguyen?
Just because of everything that I've experienced here, I feel like I'm more than just a patient. I walk in, everyone knows my name, everyone greets me with a smile. They've been a part of my life for so long now. I recommend them to everyone.
